Delivery and Returns Policy – Online Purchases on Annabella’s Website
Shipping Policy
Annabella offers free ground shipping on orders $95 and above within the contiguous United States. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday from the Company’s distribution center.
Standard shipping typically takes 6-8 business days. Business days include Monday through Friday only, excluding national holidays.
These times are calculated from when the shipment leaves our distribution center and may deviate. The Company is not responsible for any delays in delivery.
Standard taxes and shipping rates apply to orders under $95 or expedited orders. The rates will appear as a separate item on each purchase order.
For orders under $95, shipping fees of $19.99 will be added to the order.
For express orders, if selected, shipping fees of $49.99 will be added to the order.
US orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes at this time.
Shipments are not insured, and no signature is required, so please track your shipment with the tracking number emailed to you.
Cancellations and Returns
The Company wants you to be satisfied with the purchase. Requests for cancellation and return of products purchased on the Site must be submitted within 30 days of the date the product was received. Items must be returned in their original shrink packaging, unused, and original condition. Annabella will only refund the purchase price of the product and any sales tax paid, and the refund will be made to the original form of payment. User will be responsible for all shipping and/or shipping charges. The customer will bear return shipping cost.
Subject to applicable law, we will process your return and a refund will be made once we receive your returned product in its original unopened packaging. Due to health reasons, we cannot allow return of opened items.
Products offered in final sale, pump accessories and clothing (such as feeding bra’s) will not be eligible for refund unless stated otherwise on the site.
Your request for return of pumps must be submitted within 30 days of the date the product was received. To submit a request, email our customer service team at annabella@annabella-pump.com to start the process. The Customer service team will contact you. You will be asked to return the Product at the address provided by the customer service team, pre-paid.

The risk of loss and title for items purchased on the site pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the common carrier at our distribution center.
In any case, the Company will not be responsible for any damage or loss during such shipping/return process.
The Company is entitled to request proof, such as a photograph of the product, in order to verify that the product indeed has not been used.
The Company may from time to time offer special promotions for a limited time, in which case the conditions of the specific special offer will apply in connection with cancellations and/or returns, for the time specified in the conditions of the special offer. If there is no specific reference in the terms of the promotion regarding cancellations or returns, then the terms of this policy will apply.
Defects or Damaged Products
The Company invests great efforts to provide quality products at the time requested. If a User suspects a manufacturer defect or other warranty issue, they are welcome to refer to the product’s warranty policy, and/or to directly contact customer services at annabella@annabella-pump.com and the Company will address the complaint as quickly as possible. In order to do so the Company will ask the User to cite the serial number of the Product which appears on the box of the product. The company is entitled to request proof, such as a photograph of the product, in order to verify that the product indeed has not been used.
If a User believes their order was damaged during shipping, they must report the damaged items within 30 days of receipt by sending an email to annabella@annabella-pump.com.
If after checking the User’s request the Company determines that the product has a defect which is covered under the Warranty, it will be either replaced or refunded at the Company’s discretion and customer will have no claim against the Company whatsoever.
This Policy may be updated from time to time to the sole discretion of the Company and without prior notice.
