What’s Annabella's return policy?
Requests for cancellation and return of products purchased on the site must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned in their original shrink packaging, unused, and in their original condition. To learn more, go here.
Are there any shipping fees or taxes in the U.S.? And what’s the typical delivery time?
Annabella offers free ground shipping on orders $95 and above within the contiguous United States. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday from the company’s distribution center. Standard shipping typically takes 6-8 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays).
The times are calculated from when the shipment leaves our distribution center and may deviate. The company is not responsible for any delays in delivery.
Standard taxes and shipping rates apply to orders under $95 or to expedited orders. The rates will appear as a separate item on each purchase order.
For orders under $95, shipping fees of $19.99 will be added to the order.
For express orders, the shipping fee is $49.99 per order.
What’s Annabella's warranty policy?
We have a one-year warranty for the Annabella single electric breast pump (45 days for the silicone and plastic washable parts).
